Steelcomponents for a power transmission system sfter
coating/polishingwith CT-33 |
ProductDescription
CT-33coating systems are inorganically bonded aluminum coatingsdeveloped specifically for high and cyclic temperature resistanceand for certain corrosion applications in a salt environment. These coatings also feature excellent thermal stability andhardness along with good flexibility and superior adhesion. As service temperature increases, corrosion and oxidationprotection also increase providing an optimum temperaturerange of 900°F to 1600°F for oxidizing environments.Thermal shock characteristics are outstanding, as the coatingwill remain totally adherent to most metals after repeatedcycling between 1100°F and ambient temperature. When polishedto a metallic luster, the surface becomes electrically conductiveaffording sacrificial and vastly improved corrosion protection.
